Terms & Conditions

  1. Please register before shopping (unregistered orders may not be saved). All information we collect is private and will not be sold or disclosed to any outside party.
  2. The full amount of your purchase is charged to a credit card at the time of checkout; we offer net 30 accounts only to established customers on a case-by-case basis. Any missing plants or change in delivery costs to orders paid online will be credited to your account at the time the differential is determined. Contractors, designers, and others in the landscaping trade may include a business license number on their registration forms to receive a 15% discount, and/or a valid California Seller's Permit number to pay no sales tax. You must also fax us a signed CA Resale Certificate before we pull orders without sales tax.
  3. Cancelled orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee (minimum $10). If you aren't sure about something, please leave it in your shopping cart but don't check out, then send us an email or call (415) 287-6755 and we can answer any questions. Once you have received merchandise in good condition, all sales are final.
