A rare endemic with rigid, multi branched, upright stems growing 6-12' in height and width. Young leaves have distinctive chartreuse color maturing to bluish-green. Generous fragrant bloomer in spring; golden flowers followed by translucent red to orange berries. Very attractive to birds.
